3. SP Wind o matic

Spiral winding machine for metal wire with automatic length cut device.

Spiral winding machine for metal wire:
-NC nylon coated
-NN tin plated
-NK galvanized wire.
The installed pneumatic length cut device cuts the formed spirals
automatically to the desired lengths. Adjustable due to a photocell
or timer of min. 30 cm to max. 124 cm length.
4. AutoMatic Spiral Coil Forming Machine

High duty spiral winding machine for plastic spiral diameter up to 50mm.

The PVC wire is warmed up when passing through the heated drum
and is formed to the according spiral by a special mandrel.
The installed pneumatic length cut device cuts the formed spirals
automatically to the desired lengths. Adjustable due to a photocell
or timer of min. 30 cm to max. 124 cm length.

5. SUPERFAST Automatic Wire Binder

Small production system which is very fast
to change over; designed only for book binding.

The binding wires are cut to length from continuous
spools which results in very high output.

Electric Heavy-Duty Punch Machine.
